本人05年7月到06年5月这期间就职于xxx公司采购部担任平板电视钣金采购主办，主要负责采购计划性和非计划性的海尔.海信LCD电视钣金件，同时也负责新品上市产品的钣金情况跟踪，直到大批量上市。
I was working in the purchasing department of XXX company in charge of purchasing flat television sheet metals from July,05 to May, 06. I was responsible for the purchase of planed and unplaned Hai'er and Hisense LCD sheet metals and the following up of sheet metals newly went to market before mass production.
主要负责的工作有： Main Job Description
1、模具设计，工艺编排；模具跟进及现场处理；修（改）模方案的处理；试模跟进及模具优化；机械零件的设计与生产跟进等；
1. Mold design, technical arrangement; following up of mold situation and management at the scene; deciding methods of fixing(changing)mold; mold testing and optimization;design of machinery spare parts and production following up, etc.
2、数控编程，并征对不同零件的材料和形状编制合适程序和选择合适刀具进行加工；
2. Numeral control programming, writing appropriate programs according to the shape and material of different spare parts and choosing appropriate knife tools to process.
3、新产品的试作、书写加工工艺，根据现场加工工艺产生问题时的对应，提出解决方案；
3. Test of new products, writing of working processes, bringing up with solutions to solve problems in processing at the scene.
4、新产品的试模、产品的跟踪、批产后的持续改进、跟踪顾客认可问题等工作；
4. Mold test of new parts, products following up, continiously improvement of products after batch production, getting products feedbacks from customers, etc.
5、根据客户所提供样品进行实测绘制3D图和工程图、根据客户实体出工程图和客户图纸抄图，根据客户需求，绘制合理的业务类、生产类图纸，确定产品的各类技术参数，并填写材料清单；协助其他工程师完成开发和设计项目。
5. Make 3D drawings and project drawings based on the samples provided by the customer, make corresponding drawings to sales and production, make sure of all the technical parameters of the parts and fill in material lists in order to support other engineers developing and designing project.
本人能熟练使用AUTOCAD,UG4.0，MasterCAM9.0,办公软件OFFICE等计算机应用软件。
I'm familiar with computer application softwares including AUTOCAD,UG4.0，MasterCAM9.0 and office, etc.
本人对产品设计和模具设计很感兴趣，在业余时间里阅读了许多相关方面的书籍，学习了相关的知识，在工作之余曾有自己绘制过电脑显示器外壳，手机外壳，鼠标，椅子，足球等模型，对各类产品的模型设计方法有了一定的了解, 并对部分产品运用UG4.0进行分型。
I'am very much interested in product design and mold design. I learned much related knowledge from many books in my spare time. I've ever designed models of CPU cover, cellphone cover, mouse, chair and football, etc. I know about the mold designing methods of all kinds of parts in some degree. I can also subtype partial products with UG4.0
